Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pull orders based on pick tickets to prepare for loading onto delivery trucks.
  • Use industrial power equipment to build orders according to assigned load tickets.
  • Manually lift and move products to restock and repack, ensuring accuracy of date codes and proper rotation.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
  • Meet productivity requirements set for the role.
  • Stage completed pallets in designated area.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of general work experience.
  • Preferred experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
  • Prior warehouse experience is desirable.
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. and carry, position, and move product above shoulder height without assistance.
  • Comfortable with consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
  • Capable of pushing and pulling manual and powered equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
  • Proficient in grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Able to read information in small, medium, and large print.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
