Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new team members as needed.
  • Ensure that projects are completed to client satisfaction and within established deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
