My client is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join their presitigious practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of solid commercial or business litigation experience. Must have experience taking and defending depositions and motion practice. Trial experience a strong plus but not required. Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in MN
  • 3-6+ years of experience in business, commercial, and/or employment litigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven track record of successful case management
  • Ability to take and defend depositions 
  • Trial experience a strong plus but not required
