Job Summary:

At MaidPro, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, answering customer calls interested in our cleaning services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and the ability to expand our recurrent customer client base.

Duties:

- Answer customer calls interested in receiving a Professional Home and Office cleaning service.

- Call customers that filled out online a request for an estimate.

- Follow up Customers, document progress using the Company's CRM.

- Implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

- Provide excellence throughout the sales process


Requirements:

- Proven experience in or related field is preferred

- Ability to effectively provide a positive attitude and service and close deals

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Spanish

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Familiarity with applications for sales tracking

- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

- Must work Monday through Friday., 8:00 am - 5:00pm

- Fast learner with high levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is a MUST

- Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize various projects at the same time

- Must be able to work well with a variety of people without creating or being a part of gossip or friction. A team player attitude is essential.


Qualifications:

· Associate degree in Business Administration or One to Two years of customer service / sales experience

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with the public in a professional and courteous manner

· Possess sound numerical proficiency

· Excellent work ethic and the ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards responsibly

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· Ability to sit for long periods of time
