About the Role

The Banking Applications Manager is responsible for oversight and risk management over several of LendingClub Bank’s key banking systems. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Technology, the role will ensure that LendingClub Bank manages application risk and access in line with established policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

Manage application compliance within the bank’s SOX/FDICIA programManage the Help Desk relationship with our bank’s Managed IT providerBe the primary liaison for the bank’s core systemManage the employee onboarding process ensuring new users are setup with access requiredManage the employee offboarding process ensuring access is deleted timely when users leave the bankManage the employee access movement process ensuring changes are appropriately procured, documented, and executed whenever employees shift rolesManage system downtime or errors with software vendors; communicate occurrences to end usersManage credential reset processes for non-SSO systemsBe an advisor and liaison to other bank departments on user permissionsCreate and manage user access and permissions templatesCreate, manage, and adhere to proceduresAssist with the software asset management programPerform regular reviews of system and user permissionsAssist with basic system troubleshooting dutiesBe a change management facilitator and ownerPerform regularly scheduled user permission attestationsEnsure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, especially information security and technology to regulatory and info security principlesParticipate in the Bank’s Change Management GroupParticipate in audit activities and audit remediation plans

About You

You have 3+ years of experience with banking systems preferably with Miser and Miser Desktop, Q2 Product Suite (Console, PIQS, ETMS, and Q2 Central), WITS, Alloy, DocuSign, and Oracle CRM

You have strong risk management skills and a keen attention to detail

You like to collaborate across different lines of business and can make risk-based recommendations and decisions

You have a passion for technology and are all about leveraging it to continuously improve processes

Clear and concise communication skills

Excellent documentation skills

Work Location

Lehi, UT

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
