TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift  Entry NDT Tec hat our  Shell Rock, Iowa  plant . As an Entry NDT at Trinity, you will assist NDT technicians in calibration of NDT equipment, and assist in performing inspections by scribing the inspection results.You will assist NDT technicians by carrying equipment, and necessary supplies for inspection.A Candidate will need a mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.

The candidate will be required to be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and follow directions. The ability to troubleshoot and adjust will be highly desired. A strong work ethic is a must.

What you'll do:

Must be able to obtain two NDT certifications within 1 year Follow all safety rules and practices Must be dependable and punctual Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need :

Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment Basic knowledge of operational function to be inspected Ability to achieve Level I in one NDE method in 6 months NDT technical school preferred Able to work 2nd shift
