Property Inspector

Crye-Leike® in Little Rock, AR has an immediate need for a full-time Property Inspector to provide property inspection services on residential real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection and documentation of property condition.
- Taking photographs of all property areas.
- Identifying and resolving items or issues needing attention.
- Change light bulbs, batteries and minor maintenance for properties and other property related request as assigned by manager or specialist.
- Hanging window signs, notices and installing or removing lock boxes and real estate signs.
- Following all Crye-Leike® property inspection procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
- Tracking and reporting required maintenance on company vehicle.
- Obtaining written bids for maintenance/repair as needed on company vehicle and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of inspection or quality control supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate basic workings of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping, and irrigation systems, a plus.
- Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication (verbal and written) and decision making skills.
- Requires the ability to work independently with minor supervision.
- Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook) proficiency is a must to submit reports/create correspondence.
- Must have an excellent driving record with the ability to travel 100 mile radius of Little Rock, AR.
- Have the ability to read city maps or access and utilize mapping software.
- Good typing skills a must.
