What's a typical day as a Tax Sales Associate? You'll be:
• Assisting management in monitoring the CIS order screens and initiating/responding to interdepartmental contacts.
• Aiding in training the sales tax staff and reviewing/resolving discrepancies on customer accounts and tax documentation.
• Preparing and maintaining reports, special projects, and duties as assigned by management, including self-audits, sales and use audits.
• Acting as a liaison with various departments and customers to address sales tax issues.
• Maintaining flexibility working with state compliance guidelines and staying updated on current state guidelines for all 50 states and Canada.
• Assisting management with special projects, audit research, and compilation of customer data for presentation to auditors.

• Have a strong understanding of sales tax regulations and compliance.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Have experience in training and mentoring staff.
• Are proficient in using Excel, pivot table/formulas, SAP or any systems/App experience.
