SeaQuest is looking for a Safari Team Lead who will enhance the guest experience by creating a warm, inviting, and energetic environment throughout the aquarium. The Safari Team Lead is responsible for assisting customers and reports directly to the Safari Team Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Offer specials promoted by SeaQuest, explain products in the gift shop and, assist customers with selecting merchandise
  • Up-sell products and activities to elevate the guest experience
  • Required to work with animals

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail share/sale environment
  • Third-key or Shift manager experience preferred
  • A theme park, zoo, science center, or attraction
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively
  • Cheerful, positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player
  • POS experience
  • Experience with animals is a plus

Education:
  • School of Hard Knocks

Schedule:
  • Full-time 
  • Monday-Friday
  • Weekend availability 
  • Holidays
