Job description

Main Purpose 

Tradebe is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Credit & Collections Specialist to ensure collection on customer accounts in a timely manner. This position also makes recommendations for process improvement. The selected candidate will be accountable for the following responsibilities and possess these qualifications.

The role

Key job responsibilities 

Collections & collection notes  Customer holds  New customer account set up  Customer Credit Rating Reviews  Credit Balance/Amounts Review  Meetings with Sales Managers  Refunds  Demand Letters  Assist in year-end audit process  Other duties as assigned 

The person

Qualifications 

5+ years of collections experience  Management of high number and volume of accounts  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required Attention to detail  Ability to take initiative and follow through  Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required 

Physical Requirements 

Sitting for long periods of time  Computer use for long periods of time
