We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intermodal Billing Specialist to join our team at Local Drayage, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting paperwork from drivers through our Corporate platform, as well as collecting gate tickets from various rail websites and sending payment authorization emails to customers.
Once paperwork is collected, the candidate will need to close out completed loads through our Corporate billing portal.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and process paperwork from drivers through our Corporate platform
- Collect gate tickets from various rail websites
- Send payment authorization emails to customers
- Close out completed loads through our Corporate billing portal
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in Intermodal billing and invoicing
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Ability to perform other tasks to assist the lead dispatcher
A high school graduate with a strong work ethic and attention to detail is preferred.
