Can you see the big picture and the details at the same time? Do you love learning as you execute, and making sure that your insights create lasting impact that scales well beyond your day-to-day work?

The Catalyst Initiative utilizes time-bound sprints to drive evergreen insights via immediate results. We engage Partners as a part of Industry-aligned workstreams to help our Partners achieve results, and in the process, we uncover scalable insights and socialize those learnings to our internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will work with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Systems Integrators (SIs) to build build and test Go To Market strategies aligned to key initiatives. You will work closely with your industry aligned peers with our organization, AWS Service teams who develop our services, other AWS Business Development Managers, AWS sales, marketing, and the APN team. You will be expected to:

* Develop and drive strategy to utilize the Catalyst methodology to achieve results and drive insights aligned to business needs.
* Develop and drive business and technical enablement plans to partners to facilitate the implementation and operations of AWS services.
* Promote top partners to AWS customers and sellers globally
* Work with regional leads to identify and develop partners globally
* Develop and drive promotions, funding benefits, and incentives as appropriate
* Gather, organize, and report back partner feedback (both technical and business) to help improve the customer and partner experience
* Own communication strategy: Contribute updates to internal communication channels, and keep key stakeholders informed of changes, events, and opportunities.
