As our team expands rapidly, the volume of leads continues to grow. We require sales agents to efficiently manage these leads. Our package includes comprehensive training, coaching, cutting-edge marketing tools, and dedicated administrative assistance all at no cost to you. We supply:

  • Leads - From four different sources.
  • Support - Ongoing assistance and training.
  • Training - Weekly sessions covering all real estate facets.
  • Coaching - Weekly group and personalized coaching sessions.

  • Marketing - Diverse marketing strategies at your disposal.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to get one
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office/Google familiarity
