The Protiviti Security Operations Center is seeking a CyberArk Digital Identity as a Service Senior Analyst to join our growing team in Blue Ash, OH or Dallas, TX. 

What You Can Expect

The Protiviti Americas Delivery Center is seeking a Digital Identity as a ServiceAnalyst to join our growing team. Embracing Protiviti’s vision of “Bringing Confidence to a Dynamic World,” the Americas Delivery Center (ADC) provides cost-effective, tech-enabled, and standardized services at scale, to drive efficiency into our service delivery processes in support of our global clients.

As part of the Protiviti ADC team, our delivery center staff will collaborate and execute tasks for the project assigned to them in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings – Technology, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory, and Business Performance Improvement. The site capabilities may include research, development, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and other activities based on client needs.

Other responsibilities will include:

Developing an understanding of business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and the client’s business in a variety of industries. 

Assisting in the implementation of IT systems, data migrations, data analyses/visualizations.

Providing IT managed services to Protiviti clients including custom configurations and application support.

Interpretation of policies and procedures of multiple organizations and feedback review

Preparing project deliverables working self-sufficiently or as part of a team. 

Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for both internal and external clients.

Communicating work assignment status to the Project Senior Analyst or Pod Lead.

Ensuring timely and quality completion of project deliverables within assigned project phases.

Assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas and status reports

Fostering and maintaining an internal/external network and working self-sufficiently or as part of a team.

Upon hire, you will be provided with comprehensive training sessions. Depending on your project work, day-to-day activities may include one or more of the following:

Monitor and respond to errors in the identity infrastructure in accordance with service level objectives and standard operating procedures in the runbook .

Perform minor fixes which are documented in the Standard Operating Procedure document (runbook).

First-line support after Help deck / Service desk.

Assist Client’s help desk and Service desk in handling calls from users and operations staff with respect to questions, clarifications or issues regarding the functionality of a supported system.

Call prioritization, first-level issue diagnosis, identification of hardware/database/application problems and escalation to L2/L3 support teams.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

Associate degree OR GED/high school diploma 

1+ years’ experience in Identity Management platforms like SailPoint and CyberArk platformpreferred.

Well versed in Microsoft Office suite applications (with emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.)

Experience in other relevant software/systems (JIRA, SQL, Python, PowerBI, SharePoint, gSuite, Linux, and others as applicable)

Protiviti’s Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) provides additional incentive opportunities on top of their annualized salary for eligible employees. Protiviti provides paid Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service. A new hire receives up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. For every 3 years of service, our people receive an additional 3 days of CTO, up to a maximum of 30 days per year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
