Manufacturing Analyst Specialist

Purpose: This position will support all manufacturing departments. This position will provide reporting and analysis using a variety of Microsoft and business-related software.


Key Responsibilities:
· Build, develop and manage daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports based on business needs.
· Support business for ad hoc data requests.
· Provide analysis and reporting visuals to drive decision making and process improvement.
· Perform a variety of daily and weekly data entry tasks related to areas of responsibility.
· Support Director and Senior Director in report, capital expenses, and budget analysis.
· Support Engineering in procurement process and ordering
· Provide and perform SEA analysis reports to help ensure Indy stay compliant


Key Relationships:
· All MFG departments in adidas INDY
· Engineering
· Goalpost
· IT


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
· Must have good math sense and high level of accuracy
· Must have strong problem-solving skills
· Must be able to multitask on a wide variety of tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
· Must have ability to work independently and be self-motivated
· Must have advanced MS OFFICE computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Forms. Tableau, Smartsheet, MS Access and PowerPoint is a plus.
· Must have very good organization skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • An Associate degree or higher in business related discipline is desired and / or 3 years of equivalent experience in reporting / analytics function.
