Additionally, the role involves handling billing and collections for contracts, evaluating expenses against approved budgets, and integrating financial information from various sources.
This role involves advising leadership on necessary changes in accounts distribution, overseeing special financial projects, and consulting with faculty on financial and accounting matters. Additionally, it identifies and plans actions to meet goals and future budget needs, finds ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes, and enhances the use of automation. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Entry-level with Masters; or Bachelors and 0-2 years experience. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain progress on several different projects at once. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Prior experience with university systems, especially Connect Carolina, iLabs and ePro are preferred.
