Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in customer communication? We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team.
As a BDC Sales Representative, you'll be essential in engaging with our customers and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.
This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service This is an in-person, non-remote position.

Responsibilities - Included but not limited to :

  • Answer incoming phone calls for multiple departments
  • Make outbound phone calls
  • Actively engage with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about product updates, sales promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers
  • Manage spreadsheets and log information on multiple screens / tabs
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on appointments
  • Communicate all missed opportunities or escalated calls to upper management
  • Work in a team environment to provide customers a top-level experience
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Beneficial.
  • Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in an Office Setting
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and willingness to help customers
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Team player attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Sees opportunities, not problems.
    Strives to continuously learn and improve
  • Preferably Bi-Lingual
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Basic computer skills and phone etiquette

  • Excellent follow through skills.
