Role Summary

As a Digital Strategist at Alloy Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy offerings. This role demands a blend of behavioral economics expertise, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented focus, and a visionary approach to digital product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Behavioral Economics Ownership and Strategy Development: Champion the incorporation of behavioral economics in our digital strategies. Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in driving successful outcomes.
  • Communication and Leadership: Lead meetings and presentations, articulating strategic visions, supporting new business development, and creating presentation materials.
  • Visionary Product Strategy and Market Research: Envision and design digital products and experiences based on extensive research and benchmarking. Conduct market and industry research to guide digital strategies.
  • Organizational Excellence: Demonstrate strong self-management and organizational skills to keep projects on track and maintain attention to detail.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client-partners, understanding their business needs and providing proactive solutions.
  • Strategy Development in Proposals: Play a key role in building and defining strategy within digital marketing proposals, both for existing clients and new business opportunities.
  • Digital Innovation and Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations, continuously evolving our strategies to maintain industry leadership.
  • Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators using data analysis to inform and adjust strategies.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy within a digital agency or related role.
