Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties
  • Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property values
  • Utilize various marketing techniques to promote properties to potential buyers
  • Coordinate and attend open houses, showings, and other property-related events

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years old
