Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We're looking for a new team member to join our growing real estate company The Agent Coordinator position will provide support to our real estate agents and management team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, talented, upbeat, organized, and service-oriented person who has fantastic people skills.

This position is the first source of contact upon entering the office and is responsible for providing a positive environment. Competence with computers, internet, email, copiers, and phone system are a must. A real estate background is a plus

An ability to be a team player who enjoys working with and assisting others.

A take charge attitude, shows initiative, a reliable self-starter & independent worker.

Strong training skills, and effective listening skills.

Problem solver.

Responsibilities include:

Process mail

Manage incoming phone calls

Maintain copier and other office equipment

Assist agents with our internal tools

Greet visitors and agents

Keep common areas neat and presentable

Keep office supplies stocked

Create flyers, social graphics, and other marketing projects as needed

-Gather voicemail messages and phone messages, taking initiative on appropriate action or routing to appropriate person.

-Coordinate meetings including scheduling, agenda creation & logistics.

-Plans, coordinates, and set up for approx 4-5 major events throughout the year. Also arranges participation in 2 parades each year and administrative/marketing duties/physical presence for team run hydroplane racing event.
