Job description
GSG Talent Solutions is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a document imaging technician. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning, indexing and organizing various types of documents using specialized equipment and technology. We are a fast-paced organization, and we need someone who can learn quickly, work efficiently, and pay precise attention to detail.
Hours/Location:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm (100% in office)
Location: William B Travis Building. 1701 N. Congress Ave. Austin, TX
Job Responsibilities/Overview:
Prepare Microfilm Rolls for shipping to Imaging Vendor. Enter roll and shipping information in vendor’s proprietary website. Document roll shipment on RRC spreadsheet/documentation. Monitor date film images have been processed and are available. Compare Quality of Images against images on film (QA). Document QA and other dates/ data on spreadsheet for reporting purposes. Compare invoice list against online image availability for payment purposes.
Required skills/Deal Breakers:
Experience with using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Ability to use a printer copier to make labels, print, scan, and send various documentation.Some Experience with using photo software to increase viewability of images (sharpen, adjust contrast, etc…)Must be able to function independently, as well as part of a team.Must be able to follow written and verbal directions while having the ability to notify leadership if directions are unclear.Must have a valid driver's license or state ID, clean driving record, and valid registrationMust be able to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.Data entry experience with substantial attention to detail.Must be able to lift 25 – 35 lb boxesAt GSG Talent Solutions, we proudly collaborate with governmental bodies to foster inclusive workplaces.
