About the Role
We are looking for an experienced technical manager to lead a team of dedicated responders and engineers. This is a role that requires the ability to navigate technical, regulatory, and relationship-building as it relates to cyber security issues. You will join our fun, creative, and dedicated leadership team collaborating with Legal, Public Relations, and internal development teams to drive the right outcomes and embrace our security culture. You will have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of cybersecurity experience
3+ years managing teams within operations and/or incident response
Bachelor's degree or related equivalent field experience.
Other Qualifications:
Experience leading teams to reduce risk and collectively tackle complex security issues.
Ability to develop, build and drive multiple security programs.
Proven leader with the ability to coach, guide and develop others to their full potential.
A strong passion for innovation, protecting customers and driving the best outcomes.
Experience driving large scale investigations to successful conclusions.
Skilled at fostering relationships that drive win-win security results across a broad, many services, fast moving tech company.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
