Evoke is seeking a Application Technical Support Specialist/Help Desk to join our team
Responsibilities:
Perform help desk functions with excellent customer service skills (both over the phone and email)Demonstrate effective and efficient troubleshooting and problem solving skillsEffectively convey information and ideas in all directionsDocument system problems and resolutions using Service NowAssist with testing of production implementations, working closely with your team members and other internal support groups to ensure the proper transition of system changes occur when deployed to a production environmentCreate, monitor, and handle data reports generated from Business Objects softwareSelect among several established procedures and reference material to verify system functionality and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessedAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately to meet service level agreements and deadlinesProvide guidance and remedial training on the operation of system functions to end users and team membersProfessional Experience and Skills:
Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesHigh attention to detail and customer support skillsExperience utilizing a ticketing system for tracking and logging requestsExperience with MS Suite; Word, Outlook, and more.Ability to learn and adapt quicklyAbility to follow policy and procedures Strong interpersonal / customer service handling skillsFavorable experience working in team environmentExcellent organization and planningStrong writing and communication skillsEducation and Years of Experience:
0-2+ years of technical support or help desk related experienceAssociates or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldCompTIA certifications are a plusSecurity Clearance
