Job Summary:  

The Sr Billing Analyst is responsible for resolving complex client billing disputes and takes the lead on ensuring subsequent billing is correct.

Responsible for accurately stating revenue through invoicing and crediting our customers in a timely manner based upon contract terms. 

What you will contribute:  

Ensure accuracy of billing for subscription, usage, and professional services. Collaborate with the contracting and QA teams for process improvement as needed. Help design next generation of billing processes using Zuora billing functionality. Collaborate with Support to validate and process End of Life product notifications (EOL's).

Collaborate with AR for sending accounts to outside collections as needed. Redesign the interaction between clients and billing as it relates to billing disputes. Ability to clearly articulate contract language. Process Settlements and Amendments in a timely manner. Proper documentation of billing interactions in Salesforce is required. Ensure compliance with all SOX controls. Contribute to the upcoming system conversion preparation.

The ideal candidate will have:  

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience (Required) Associates degree or equivalent experience (Required) 4-7 years relevant work experience (Preferred) Experience with Zuora Billing is a plus.
