Job Summary

 The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will assist with the organization’s growth in talent and culture. The TAP is responsible for recruiting quality candidates to meet the needs of the organization by collaborating Leadership and Hiring Managers to develop creative sourcing strategies. The TAP will participate in the full recruitment life cycle, from supporting the creation of employer brand awareness, to ensuring excellent candidate care, managing the application process, overseeing selection, managing offers, and managing onboarding and orientation. The Talent Acquisition Partner will maximize all talent acquisition tools, processes, and systems and provide support and guidance to hiring managers and create an excellent candidate experience.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Participate in the full life cycle of recruiting, from planning, sourcing, interview selection, onboarding of new hires 

• Facilitate a meaningful orientation experience that aligns with organizational requirements and successful employee experience 

• Screen applicants for all roles • Source candidates via applicant tracking system, job boards, search engines, social networks, etc. 

* Fulfill open requisitions with timely and cost-effective methods in securing high quality talent. 

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Team members to develop job descriptions and specifications, developing job postings, onboarding of new hires, etc. 

• Develop plans and organize candidate experience activities such as surveys, information sessions, pipeline updates, and social media

 • Attend and participate in job fairs and recruitment information session 

• Utilize Key Performance Metrics to drive the success of the department •

 Participate in workforce planning for current and future talent needs 

• Maintain solid industry awareness and market intelligence in terms of hiring trends, competitive intelligence as well as compensation trends and challenges 

• Ensure that recruitment practices are effective, efficient, and compliant with applicable federal and state legislation and internal HR policies and processes. 

• Foster a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, and continuous improvement 

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor 

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role 

• Experience using various interviewing techniques and evaluation methods 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills 

• Must be able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software 

• Working knowledge of employment law preferred 

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; experience in lieu of education considered…

• Knowledge of ADP applicant tracking systems preferred 

• SHRM or PHR certification a plus 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time.
