Essential Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution and completion of marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives Work closely with other teams to ensure cohesive understanding of integrated marketing strategies and programs Create, lead and complete deliverables for end-to-end marketing programs and initiatives Participate in agile teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are being completed, adjust timelines where necessary and agreed upon Work with teams such as Content, Creative, Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, Paid Media, Customer Marketing, and Legal to execute on marketing programs Develop project status reporting, ensure agile teams and leadership are aware of barriers, issues or delays Support overall marketing performance reporting efforts Additional duties as assigned

Skills and/or Certifications

Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in communication, marketing or related field. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. Prefer experience in B2B marketing and event management. Experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting multiple areas of the business. An understanding of Agile concepts is required, experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework a plus. Demonstrated proficiency with Asana Project Management tools. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, team player, well organized and detail-oriented—with good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in anticipation of business needs. Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to obstacles in project execution. Experience with automation and measurement platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics a plus.
