Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Marketing, this pivotal role oversees global campaigns for the Enterprise Segment. As the Director, Demand Generation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy in key markets and driving collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Joining the Global Marketing Team positions you at the forefront of the product-led growth movement. You'll have the opportunity to define the global campaign strategy for the Americas, EMEA and APJ. By spearheading campaign initiatives while aligning with sales strategies, you will lead the charge in establishing best-in-class practices across the organization. As a  Director, Demand Generation , you will:

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion. Lead a team of demand generation professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive individual and team success. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and events. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define target audiences, messaging, and positioning strategies to drive engagement and conversion. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, track key metrics, and measure ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on go-to-market initiatives. Manage budget allocation and resource planning to maximize impact and efficiency of demand generation programs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the Marketing organization and across the company.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact. 10+ years of experience in team leadership and management, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Deep understanding of demand generation best practices, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.
