ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. We are currently hiring a Dispatch Coordinator for our office located in Saint Louis, MO .As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will coordinate, plan, and execute dispatch operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of driver personnel within our nationwide fleet logistics service line.

Schedule Options:
Sunday - Wednesday 10:30am - 9:00pm (Four 10 hour shifts)

** Schedule during Training: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm **

**Hybrid schedule after training completed 2 days in office, 2 days remote**

Pay: $20 - $22/hr. Based on Experience

What will you be doing?

Review existing customer accounts to confirm we are meeting expected SLAs and monitor existing inventory. Provide a high level of customer service and empathy.  Communicate and problem solve internally and externally. Provide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staff. Making calls to drivers on hot units and provide updates to customers. Working with our accounting department to ensure proper pricing. Utilizing transportation management system to dispatch vehicles to carriers. Building carrier relationships to increase our active carrier network. All Other duties as assigned by management

What are we looking for?

Strong client-service orientation, with ability to think critically and take a proactive approach to problem solving. Demonstrated planning skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules to drive client satisfaction and meet fluctuating business and operational needs. Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering individual results Strong oral and written communication skills Strong customer service/client relationship experience Must have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations.  Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Be efficient in navigating multiple systems. High School Diploma required. Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Experience working in a call center environment preferred. Experience with transportation software, a plus
