Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property under the best terms
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
  • Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Promote sales through creative advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Demonstrated aptitude in negotiation and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Driven by results and committed to providing trustworthy service
  • Proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
