Responsibilities Develop a broad customer base through the acquisition of new leads and scheduling of listing appointments Analyze local market conditions to establish competitive pricing for listed properties Promote and present properties to create timely sales in the real estate industry Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in real estate salesActive Florida real estate licenseMinimum of $2,500,000 in confirmed sales within the past 12 monthsIn-depth understanding of local real estate market dynamics and prevailing trendsOutstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesProficiency in utilizing CRM software for managing client information Compensation $100,000+ at plan commissions
