We are  is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the events industry. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in event management. 

Social Media Agent Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, coordination, and on-site support.
  • Conduct research to identify event venues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Help manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Support the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional items.
  • Maintain event databases and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and follow-up activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
