Collaborating closely with our event planners and supervisors, you will help ensure that every detail of the event is executed flawlessly. This position is ideal for individuals eager to embark on a career in event management and acquire practical experience in a dynamic setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization of event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor interactions, and participant registration.
- Support the creation of event materials, such as banners, programs, and identification tags.
- Help manage event schedules and ensure that all activities adhere to the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with suppliers, caterers, and other service providers to facilitate smooth event operations.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the event planning team, including data management, document organization, and communication.
- Address participant inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event.
- Assist with post-event tasks, including feedback collection, appreciation notes, and event evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
