Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to deliver engaging presentations to our clients.

Responsibilities include handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in computer skills including agency management systems, Word, and Excel. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with partners, carriers, vendors, and clients is essential. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for handling insured and underwriter's inquiries, maintaining information, rating on multiple carrier systems, completing applications, and binding coverage.

Other duties include processing policy endorsements/changes, drafting letters to clients, managing billing, and engaging in cross-selling and upselling opportunities. The role requires a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members.

Candidates must possess a PA or non-resident Property & Casualty Insurance License. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to obtain licensing with all carriers we do business with.

Qualifications:

Active P&C License Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (if required by state regulations). Previous experience in personal lines insurance, account management, or customer service. Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage types, and industry practices. Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
