What You Provide Us:
- Provides patient care and customer service
- Review and update patient records
- Insurance knowledge and verifications
- Collecting outstanding balances and copays
- Managing of providers schedules
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months experience in a customer service or office support setting
- Any combination of experience or education the provides the necessary skills
- Valid Fingerprint clearance card required
