We are looking for an HVAC Entry Level Installer to join our team, someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. We provide hands on paid training in both installation and service.

Job Title: HVAC Entry Level Installer

Work Hours: Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Fridays, 8:00am to 2:00pm

Pay Scale: $20.00/hr.-$30.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

Position Summary: To install & service heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's License & insurable driving record
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • EPA certification or acquire within 6 months of employment
  • Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes including NATE Certifications
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Follow directions as given, written and verbal
  • Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings & comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
  • Safe use of ladders
  • Understand how to use a tape measure
  • Ability to cut & drill holes
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance
  • Arrive on time daily
  • Commitment to developing customer service skills
  • Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment

Qualifications Desired:

  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Certificate of Completion from a HVAC Technical School
