Responsibilities:
* Assist with weekly payroll input managed by central payroll
* Timekeeping maintenance and collection
* Prepare and process garnishments
* Provide support to employees regarding any payroll inquiries
* Prepare overtime reports and monthly payroll reports
* Support external and internal audits
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties, as needed

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3-5 years related experience

Skills and Knowledge:
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including: Simple formula usage (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE) and Advanced formula usage (e.g., VLOOKUP), Pivot table creation and manipulation, Data sorting and filtering, Cell formatting and basic functions
* Basic proficiency in other MS products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
* Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Conscientious, organized and meticulous - records must be accurate and maintained
* Read and understand internal procedures and policies
* Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions
* Capable of diplomatically interacting with difficult and sensitive personnel situations using good judgment and negotiating skills.
* Strong problem resolution skills and ability to assess when an issue must be escalated to the next level.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

Responsabilidades:
* Ayudar con la entrada de nómina semanal administrada por la nómina central
* Mantenimiento y cobranza del cronometraje.
*Preparar y procesar embargos
* Brindar apoyo a los empleados con respecto a cualquier consulta de nómina.
*Preparar informes de horas extras y reportes de nómina mensuales.
*Soportar auditorías externas e internas.
* Contribuir al esfuerzo del equipo mediante el cumplimiento de tareas relacionadas, según sea necesario.

Educación y experiencia:
*Preferiblemente Licenciatura
* 3-5 años de experiencia relacionada

Habilidades y conocimientos:
* Dominio intermedio de MS Excel, que incluye: uso de fórmulas simples (p. ej., SUMA, PROMEDIO) y uso avanzado de fórmulas (p. ej., BUSCARV), creación y manipulación de tablas dinámicas, clasificación y filtrado de datos, formato de celdas y funciones básicas.
