Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with established companies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Present business proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development goals
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales progress

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7/63 licenses preferred
