We are looking for a Preowned Sales Consultant that can thrive in a demanding and fast pace environment to sell new vehicles at dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and guest satisfaction.
Our Sales Consultants get to work with an amazing team and by working for Longo Toyota; they are surrounded by only the best.
Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $15.50. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
*This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.

Responsibilities
Manage all sales activities generated from referrals and guest inquiries Create and maintain excellent relationships with our guests Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, and in person appointments Most importantly, we look for individuals who exemplify our Team Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability and Honest Communication
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Mandarin and Cantanese Strong ability to work in a team environment Exceptional attention to detail Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe, driving record Superior communication and customer service skills, effective via email and telephone Excellent follow-through skills Attention to detail for accuracy Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in a team driven atmospherePhysical Demands
