We are looking for **Sales Consultants** that share in our passion and vision to transform the automotive purchase experience. We believe there is a better way to buy and sell vehicles and we are searching for women and men who want to help in this endeavor.
Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.

- Guide guests through introduction of brand and vehicle, highlighting features and benefits that match lifestyle and individual needs
- Provide information necessary for guests to buy with confidence
- Present financial and other information upfront and transparently
- Deliver an exciting and engaging experience for guests

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe, driving record
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Attention to detail for accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere
- Must have a valid California Driver's License with an acceptable and safe driving record.
**Physical Demands**
The physical and environmental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:.
