The Dunes Golf & Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Golf Course AIT to join our award-winning team. This is a salaried exempt position. If you are passionate about providing first-class service in a friendly ocean front environment, you have come to the right place As a member of our team, you will receive weekly pay, free shift meals, uniforms, discounts at our golf and tennis pro shops, golfing and tennis privileges, employee appreciation events, and continued career education/certifications.
Regular, full-time employees are also awarded paid time off (PTO) as well as access to Medical, Dental, Basic Life/AD&D, and Voluntary Life insurance plans after 90-days of continuous employment. Some non-health benefits are offered to flexible hour employees.
The Dunes Golf & Beach Club offers a Profit Sharing and 401k Plan to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

ABOUT THE POSITION
If you love working as part of a unified team and if you're passionate about turf management, then the Golf Course AIT position will be a great fit for you. As a member of our team, you will assist the Golf Course Superintendent with turf grass/plan material maintenance programs, property/asset management, personnel management, scheduling/maintenance of irrigation systems, pesticide applications, and regulations compliance. Teamwork is a critical element to the position, as well as professionalism and attention to detail. QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of experience working on a Golf Course. Must have or be working towards a 2-year or 4-year Degree or Certificate in Turf Management. Must possess a valid driver's license and Pesticide Application License.
