Overview
The Contract Admin is capable of fulfilling the project accounting and cost reporting requirements of multiple mid-sized projects or singular large project, including day-to day interface with clients and contractors.
The contract admin should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong interpersonal as well as organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and be a strong communicator.
Responsibilities
Examine contract documents and setup in the system. Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including checklists, equipment, and POs. Customize checklists using Excel. Open Preventative Maintenance service orders for all contract customers as scheduled. Invoice contracts monthly and submit to customer. Ensure the system is accurate based on the terms of the contract documents provided. Communicate with Sales Reps and Local Divisional Offices Interface with corporate accounts receivable staff in dealing with billing issues. Assist in the development of processes, procedures, and applications. Work on special projects as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years’ experience in accounting or accounts receivable. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills; detail oriented with a high level of customer (internal/external) service. Proficiency in current corporate software packages, as well as standard office equipment. Should possess self-management skills and ability to work with limited supervision, basic computer skills and competency. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to maintain all information in a highly confidential and organized manner. Successfully complete and pass: a criminal background check, drug test.Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/V/D.
