The Staff Experience Product Manager knows how to discover, define and transform business objectives and product vision to deliver exceptional value to end-users in the Smart Building SaaS ecosystem. The Staff Experience Team’s mission is to innovate and drive operational excellence for a staff’s ability to manage Smart Access and Devices for residents in multifamily. As a Product Manager and member of the Agile team, you will work closely with the VP of Product on planning, documenting, delivering and maintenance of the product. You will help discover and execute the vision of this web-based application, working alongside a team of ambitious, hard-working, curious people, playing a vital role in delivering experiences for end-users.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Become the subject matter expert of the Staff Experience web application Drive business objectives from discovery, through execution (requirements to user stories) and product launch  Work closely with your product team to address daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions. Participate in SAFe product delivery meetings such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospective, and PI Planning meetings Anticipate and suggest trade-offs and balances of business needs versus technical constraints when faced with challenges in a sprint cycle Partner with engineering to drive operational performance by holding teams accountable for quality and timeliness to execute on the deliverables that have been agreed upon between teams. Help prepare initial end user documentation for key stakeholders and for release readiness Inspire and encourage collaboration and camaraderie within your product team Build knowledge of competitors and understanding of market demand and user needs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 

2+ years experience as Product Manager or a strong Product Owner for SaaS or B2B software solutions Proven ability to support enterprise applications with large initiatives and managing complex requirement and dependencies Strong communication skills with high attention to detail - demonstrated experience presenting information to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical stakeholders  Apply critical thinking to data and information - whether its research, measuring usage, or how data is an asset - you are comfortable incorporating data into the way you work  You know how to ask questions, gather feedback, and distill all of the noise into clear priorities

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 

Experience with B2C software technology, SaaS solution, integration platform Familiar with: AzureDevOps, Confluence, SAFe Agile or Scrum Agile experience Industry relevant knowledge is a plus (Multifamily, Self-storage, or Senior Housing, Real Estate, etc.) #LI-REMOTE #LI-JL1
