What’s a typical day as a Production Manager? You’ll be:
• Generating and managing the production schedule.
• Managing and allocating production resources.
• Overseeing parts acquisition activities to coordinate with the production schedule.
• Ensuring that production activities are performed in the most cost-efficient manner.
• Coordinating all production equipment operation, maintenance, and acquisition.
• Managing product inventory levels to meet anticipated demand.
