Chick-fil-A Lenox Square is looking for an experienced Catering Leader to help maintain and grow our outside sales division.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement new systems around catering and outside sales for growth and consistency.
  • Prepare setups for catering orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Communicate with guests to confirm orders and provide exceptional service.
  • Growing catering sales from local businesses through face-to-face contact and phone
  • Assist in Catering operations and delivering catering orders
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing catering orders.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Leadership Team regarding upcoming orders.
  • When not handling catering duties, assist in other roles throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and front-line support.
  • Attend and represent Chick-fil-A Lenox Square at community events

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience or 1 year of Chick-fil-A leadership experience
  • 1 year of catering experience
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Reliable Transportation - personal vehicle
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Enjoyment in serving others
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Excellent initiative, assertiveness, and attention to detail
  • Must be creative, energized, and highly motivated
  • Ability to negotiate with character and integrity
  • Flexibility to work early mornings for large orders
  • Cross training in the front and back to have full operational knowledge.

Pay: Starting between $17-18/hour based on experience and results
