Carpet Cleaning Technician

Experience in carpet cleaning/restoration service industry is preferred. Provides assistant in cleaning of commercial and residential carpets, rugs, tile & wood flooring and upholstery, carpet repair and emergency water extraction.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be dependable, honest, reliable, with a clean appearance, positive attitude and have the ability to work flexible hours.
- This position does require some after hours work.
- Must be self motivated, organized and have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. consecutively.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
- Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
