Entry Level Special Projects/Maintenance Technician

Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 per hour paid weekly
- Start accruing PTO on day 1 (Available for use after 90 days)
- Access to a 401k and Vision/Dental/Medical Insurances
- Commission for referring new businesses.
- Mostly nights and weekends, but availability during daytime hours is a must.
- Use specialized equipment to clean and restore various floor types including carpet, waxed floors, tile, etc.
- Must be mechanically inclined with sincere willingness to learn.
- Must have a great work ethic and desire to grow with the company
- Use specialized equipment to apply disinfecting solution to high touch surfaces.
- Minor equipment repair and routine maintenance
- Maintain warehouse organization.
- Oversee vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Must be able to pass a Background check and a drug screen.
- Weekend availability is a MUST.
- Have valid and clean driver's license.
- Must be able to pass background check and DMV record.
- Ability to work independently & with little supervision.
- Show mechanical ability on a variety of projects.
