The Role

This position is remote and open to candidates from anywhere in the United States.

Contribute to placement activities by tracking clients/project assignments of varying size and complexity  Supports broader placement strategic projects and around tools for carrier/vendor renewals and carrier/vendor marketings (Requests for Information or Requests for Proposal) Develops and prepares ongoing dashboards reporting proposal activity and tracking ongoing metrics Partners with Global Delivery Centers to deliver superior analyses and project management Collaborates with Client Service teams and other H&B Communities of Expertise (CoEs)  Identifies opportunities for efficiency in proposal processes and proposes alternate approaches to further streamline workflows  Maintains and cultivates strong vendor/carrier relationships to enhance WTW’s position in the marketplace
