  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
  • Processing checks; issuing stop payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Uploading copies of claims to files
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Resolve any accounting discrepancies
  • Print checks daily and match them to the invoice
  • Process positive pay uploads
  • Assist with audit requests and inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Excel – vlookups and pivot tables
  • Strong attention to detail
