Manufacturing Program Leader

This position will lead a team to develop and implement conveyor systems and equipment solutions that support the launch of new vehicle programs. Collaboration with the various plant and skill teams will be paramount in successfully implementing projects, so a dynamic, self-driven, highly collaborative individual is sought for this great opportunity to lead the way in establishing the future of manufacturing at Ford.
 


Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelors of Engineering or related degree Self-motivated, organized, curious, creative, hands-on, and collaborative individual 5+ years' direct experience with manufacturing (Plant, VOME, PTME, etc) – preferably from multiple skill teams and with deep understanding of automotive manufacturing systems Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once with great attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in developing and launching manufacturing systems, equipment specification and installation, and project management. Experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in a creative environment. Knowledge of conveyor systems used in the automotive industry.  Knowledge of automation, robotic, and/or other equipment used in the automotive assembly industry.
