JOB DESCRIPTION

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties may include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) main objective is to assure safety and physical comfort of the residents are met as well as the patient's emotional needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required
  • Valid CPR certification
